The WASH Pilot: The entry product for institutional clients is a $5,000 neighborhood WASH (water, sanitation, hygiene) atlas for Cap-Haïtien. 60 youth, 720 household surveys, 2 weeks to delivery. SOIL is the convener. DINEPA (Haiti's national water authority), OREPA Nord, and the UN WASH Cluster are the target clients. An equivalent study through foreign consultants costs $50,000-200,000 and takes 6-18 months.
