The Program

Eight Weeks To Change A Destiny

SAKALA is KONKRET's intensive agricultural apprenticeship program. For 8 weeks, the young people of Milot and the surrounding area work side by side on 21 acres of land at Grand Bassin... technical training, one-on-one mentoring, a regular wage, and a certificate at the end.

This is not an internship. It is a cooperative in motion. Every participant learns to grow, to manage, to work together... and leaves with real skills, real experience, and a strong network.

The Summer 2026 program is the first phase of a model designed to support 50,000 electrical connections in the Milot region in partnership with BARSS.

Nou plante kè kontan, nou rekòlte lavi. We plant with joy, we harvest life.
